Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a bright reddish pink with a small off-white head. Aroma is loaded with clove, cardamom, and a touch of vanilla, along with buried funk. Flavour is very bizarre, with intense clove and cardamom, with a touch of vanilla and jamminess. Why brew a pseudo-lambic and drown it out with all this shit? Not convincing.

Bottle. Deep purple color with pinkish head. Aroma is big vanilla, dash of chamomille, blackcurrant too. Taste is big vanilla and blackcurrant, acidic, some chamomille but also cinnamon touch from the berry skin. Tannic in the back. Interesting combo, but I would have gone for a bit less vanilla.

Foam draught, 8/12/22. Unclear cranberry-burgundy. Small, pink head. Moderate-to-low retention. Wow that's vanilla. Smells like cherry vanilla yogurt. Dainty, peppery spice on the end. Pretty ballsy to use this much adjunct here, but it doesn't smell bad... Juicy, intense, pulpy, meaty cherry. Wow, is that the best cherry I've ever had in a beer(and of course, there are no actual cherries)? It's almost beet-like with acetic acid pickling it. Vanilla softens, with intense funk, black pepper and more beet character. Soft, malty texture, good attenuation. Lingering strong acidity and vanilla. About as weird as it gets but one of those beers that just barely gets there.
