0,75l from bottle at the brewery. yellow almost clear color, medium white head. smells flowery, grapes, light sweetness, honey, lovely smell. full body, bubbly carbonation. tastes grapes, light sweetness, earthy, stone fruits, rather white wine forward, obvious riesling. finishes lightly sweet with notes of riesling, grapes and light stone fruit notes. nice one, a bit on the heavy side, rather bubbly, good, rather wine forward.

Bottle. Pours golden with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, wood, grape skin, floral. Slick body, funky, grape, oak, vinous, dry finish, very nice.

On tap at the brewery. Cloudy golden, small white head. some funk, barrel, grapes, bit musty. Unusually sweet, some tartness, clear golden.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright white wine grape must, buggy notes, and oak. Flavour is bright and vinous, with white wine zest, oak, and wild yeast. Buggy, vinous, and oaky. Excellent.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF with priceless Rachel's (yup, again!) help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: hazy blonde. Aroma: funky, some grapes and acidity. Taste: same, nice woody character, maybe a bit harsh. Overall: good.

A clear golden beer no head. Aroma of sour white grapes, white wine. Taste is like white wine, a bit funky tart, some apples.
