Draught, taster. @Mikkeller Viktoriagade, Copenhagen (Denmark). 03/05/2023 [#6.127 Global - #939 United States of America - #7 De Garde Brewing] Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma: riesling grapes, white grapes must and some funk. Taste: very vinous with a touch of funk. Next one please!

A clear golden beer no head. Aroma of sour white grapes, white wine. Taste is like white wine, a bit funky tart, some apples.

[ As De Garde Riesling Ivy ].
ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium golden yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, apple - grapes, wood - oak. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, tart, apple, grapes, wood, oak, barrel, funky, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20230503]

Tart, sour, sweet. Grapes, dry oak, quite vinous. Pretty riesling-y taste actually, quite tasty.

Sample from bottle @ Pien, Helsinki. Smooth, slightly funky and vinous with some tartness, loads of grapes, some oak, mild sourness and farmyardy notes. Pretty balanced and complex.
