MBCC. Black without head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and heavy bourbon. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish with heavy alcohol. Boozy. 060523

Tap. Brown color with no head. Aroma is big bourbon, nothing else. Taste is literally bourbon, oak, all the booze. Oily mouthfeel, flat carbonation. This is literally bourbon, but at a lower ABV. Funny.

On tap at Mikkeller Bar - Vik, pours jet black with no head. Aroma brings out complex bourbon barrels, light booze and muddled earth. Flavour is boozy and complex, with intense whiskey and bourbon barrels, light acidity, and a touch of roast. Really nice bourbon barrel character but rather rough and messy. Very good despite its imperfections.

Poured from the tap. Black with very minimal beige head. Very bourbon forward, boozy mild chocolate. Good non adjunct impie, but totally overpriced.
