Süßlicher, ziemlich hefiger Beginn. Etwas Karamell, wenig bitter, trocken. So gar kein “Helles“. 9/6/7/6/8/6

Slow gushing to huge, whipped eggwhite-like head over fully yellow-orange beer. Malt, bit herbal. Huge head seriously hampers nasal perception. Faintly mineral. Quite maltsweet, with just a faint toasted-mineral bitterishness rounding off. Some fine green waterweeds. Creamy MF thanks to the head. Feels better bodied than it probably is. Bit easy one, no? But it is interesting finding a new brewery in the "Ostkantons" operating more as a German, than as a Belgian brewery, fondly remembering the Eupener Bierbrauerei. Txs to Stef!
