Bottle 50cl. @ home. [ As Postbrauerei Allgäu Power ].[ Trade by yespr ]. Unclear hazy medium yellow color with some grey notes, a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, flowers - fruity, tropic fruit, banana notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Fruity fresh. 50 cL bottle. Pours almost fully clear and golden orange with a crispy off-white head. Orange/banana fruity and slight malty aroma. Estery flavour, light fruity yet also dry wheaty. Light citric finish and wheaty. Not bad.

Bottle with a screw-cap: Golden and hazy, mid-sized, rather quickly diminishing off-white head; fruity - the usual suspects - nose: bananas and so on, but also strawberries (!); sweet flavour, slightly acidic, medium bodied; sweet fruity (strawberries again) finish with the faintest illusions of sweetness. A good, average Weizen........

Fully hazy orange-amber with a very thick, whipped eggwhite-like head. Banana, orangepeel, toasted bread with marmalade, bit of grass in the finish. Sweet bread, with some banana, and a very dry-fruity finish, again orangepeel-like. Well bodied, some wheatslickness. Aftertaste has a banana surplus, as well as marzipan. Good Hefe, nice one - thanks Stef.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy, orangey golden with a gigantic, white head. Lightly phenollic aroma. Medium-bodied with fruity accents. Not the most characterful Hefe though. 130806

Test vom 14.9.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,7,7,7,8,7 - 7,55
