Bottled. Clear amber color, small creamy off-white head. Very intensive cut grass -hoppy aroma. Fresh cut grass -type hoppy flavor is dominating too. Hops are there everywhere, but suprisingly aftertaste is quite short. Slightly out of balance, as does not have enough malts to backup hoppyness.

Bottle. Nice golden yellowish color, with a full body. Fruity, and very hoppy. A pretty standard IPA.

This beer poured out into a white head and clear light copper color. The aroma is of strong citrus hops. The taste is instant hop bitterness that rounds out with a bit of harsh hop flavor in the finish. There is some malt sweetness and a little bread like yeast flavor that balance out a great IPA flavor. I really like the flavor. The finish feels dry with a bit of a lingering sour/bitter flavor. An excellent IPA. To me this is a good everyday beer.

Pours a bright orange with minimal head that leaves quickly. Aroma is of citrus, grapefruit and hops. Has a smooth mouth and tastes of citrus and hops with a bitter finish that isnt over the top. A quality IPA though not my favorite. Good for a relaxing night with a couple friends

I have not found myself to be particularly fond of this brewer’s beers. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer pours a bright bronze color with a medium sized light tan head. The aroma is light tangy malts and a bit of floral hops. The flavor is piney and has a strong floral hop presence with a light fruity undertone. The beer feels a bit thin and there are few noticeable malts to support the hops which prove to be unable to carry this beer on their own.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Beautiful, clear amber with a small, white head. Incredibly lovely aroma hops in the nose with the Chinook really shining through. Rather light body with vague notes of caramel malt. But completely dominated by the great hops, that also leave an immense bitterness. 291205

bottle - This tastes like a pretty standard IPA with the characteristic powerful hops flavor and aroma. It’s decent, but I don’t detect anything special here. It’s an average IPA choice for any hop head.

2004 bottle consumed 3/31/05. Yellow-amber body is horribly clear with a good-sized white head, moderate to low retention. Aroma of fruit juice, apples, peaches, pears, lightly resinous hops, by no means very bitter, with a bit of a dry papery feel to it. Some faint toastiness and bread from the malt. Flavor has the good fruitiness going for it, with a true enough hops flavor, but it’s so clean, hard and American-feeling (in a bad way) that I can’t get excited about it. Boring mouthfeel, almost gets syrupy and reminds me of the liquid that comes with a can of peaches. Tastes pasteurized.

A hazy orange beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of honey. The flavor is sweet with hops being most dominant, aroma as well as bitter hops, the latter giving it a bitter, grassy, dry end. OK.
