0,75l bottle at home. Vintage 2023. BB 03/2026. yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. smells flowery, elder flowers, herbal, some stone fruits, bit peppery, earthy, lovely smell. full body, pearly, almost aggressive carbonation. tastes stone fruits, apricots, elder flowers, herbal, citric, earthy, peppery. finishes dry and light to medium bitter with notes of elderflowers, citrus and peppery notes. very nice one overall, carbonation is on the taste rather aggressive, would be nicer with less, interesting stone fruit notes. Overall still very good one.

Bottle @MBCC2023, Red Session. Clear golden, white head. Floral, funky aroma, not exactly elderflower, but close enough... Sourish flavour, mild horsy funk, cirusy, floral.

Hazy golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of tart apricot, white grapes, brett. Taste of tart grapes, brett, peach, vineous finish.

Small rim, copper-ochre beer, hazy. Peach and elderflower both very obvious. Some bitter(ish) honey. Freshly cut peach. Sour lambic, lemon, unripe peach. Hints at wheat or other grains; some farmyard odours. Serious acidthinning, lipsmacking acidity, dry-out effect. Rather low carbonation. Excellent fruitlambic. Txs to the Turnhout guys for sharing!

Bottle pour, taster @MBCC 2023, Copenhagen (Denmark). 06/05/2023. [#6.393 Global - #265 Belgium - #1 Pellicle Vergistingen (My Belgian brewery #104)] Pours orange with a white head. Aroma: tannins, barnyard, wild yeast and funk. Taste:very fu ky and wild. Tannins and wine must. Very nice. Next one please!

Drucken från flaska på MBCC-23. Gyllengul men smakar ändå mer fläderbär än blomma. Skumt. Fina tanniner, mycket karaktär och funk. Bäst från bryggeriet på fedtivalen.
