bottle. initially sour aroma then soon goes flowery and malty, sort of like a witbier but the sour notes seem to be coming from added stuff. pretty nice wheat malty base to it all. later the aroma has banana and slightly oxidized malts. Flavor is watery, banana, faint oranges, elderflower which is integrated well with the rest of the flavors. Interesting and quite drinkable twist to belgian wit. It is to me obvious from the way it tastes that it has been brewed with care and professionalism, this lifts the beer up quite a bit, tastes like quality.

Bottle from Netto @ Home. Pours sightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, sweet berries, elderflower. Flavor is sweet, wheat, yeast, berries, elderflower. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish. 130523

500ml bottle, many thanks to Skinnyviking. Big, bubbly white head with a pinkish shade, hazy golden-reddissh body. Mild floral aroma, hints of berry skins. Mixed taste of elderflower and yeasty fruits, backbone of wheat. Some berry-fruity ending, mid-dry. Easy going. (Hotel room, Copenhagen 03.05.2023).

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Hazy pale pinkish golden, small head. Aroma of dark berries and elderflowers. Sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Perfumy coriander, white bread and syrup. Low bitterness.

ABV: 3.5%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, herbs, elderflowers, light yeasty, belgian yeast, sweet berries. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, herbs, elderflowers, sweet berries, belgian yeast, sweet east, white sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
