330ml can sold to me by djoeye. Frothy, off-white head, upper part lacing on the glass, clear amber body. Inviting caramel-fruity aromas. Fine blended taste of grainy malts, forest, and ripe fruits. Malt-hoppy ending with a decent bitter twist. Medium bodied. Pretty good. (Tromsø, 26.09.2024).

33cl bottle from Systembolaget, Arvika. Pours clear amber with a white head. Mild malty aroma with notes of herbs, bread, nuts and caramel. Medium to moderate sweet with medium flavour intensity and a balanced bitterness. Quite tasty and enjoyable.

Can 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a huge and frothy off-white head. Spicy, fruity hops in the nose - somewhat dusty. Medium body, dry biscuit and caramel with a somewhat bitter finish. English Pale Ale with German hops? I think not. A somewhat generic “Ale” with little character. But as always from Oppigårds it’s immaculately crafted. 101223

Gylden brun klar med beige skum. Lukter kvae, kjeller og noe urter. Lett. Maltig og middels bitter. Smaker barnål, mørk sirup og sitrusskall. Middels lang.

Clear copper colour. Full head. Malty aroma with some fudge and a little orange. Malty taste with raising and a well balanced bitterness.

Copper to brown colour with lasting head. Malt forward with a touch of caramel. Backed up by rounded floral hop notes. Very much hitting the style of English Bitter.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, sulphur, caramel and earth. Flavour is big bitterness with some berries, herbs and tea leafs.
