Aronia is our Berliner Weisse. A fresh sour with aronia and raspberries, which combine for a beautiful ruby-red color, an aromatic smell, and a light sour flavor. Refreshing to enjoy ice cold in a champagne glass.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Some aronia berries present. Light bitter moldy flavor. Aronia berries nicely present. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, pinkish red with a white head with a faint, reddish hue. Berry nose, clearly dominated by raspberry (Aronia has very little flavor), but also a hint of butter. Light body, lactic tart - again with raspberry notes. Fizzy and refreshing. 100921
