Lemon zest definitely not a good idea. Take a good enough IPA and makes it undrinkable. Bad.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8

Aromas are a blend of fresh hops in order resin, citrus and a touch of weed. Along with some malt. Flavors are like nose, slightly sweet up front with growing bitter towards the end. Good carbonation and a satisfying finish. Nice beer.

Keg at the brewery, 10.11.20. Clear copper large creamy white head good retention. Aroma of dandelion, grapefruit, marijuana, pale malt. Taste is resin, dank, grapefruit, passionfruit, pale malt. Medium bodied, slick, moderate bitterness, well balanced.
