Ein goldgelbes Pils, das dank der JOSEFS Brauerei seinen ganz eigenen Weg geht: Während Alkoholgehalt (4,8% Vol.) und Stammwürze (11,9%) noch relativ normal sind, sind Geruch und Geschmack eine Besonderheit.
Beim ersten Schluck steigen würzige und malzige Aromen in die Nase, begleitet von fruchtigen Getreidenoten. Dieser erste Eindruck wird geschmacklich bestätigt – durch fruchtige, würzige und vor allem florale, getreidige Geschmacksnoten mit feinherben Anklängen und einem erfrischenden Prickeln auf der Zunge. Das feinherb-würzige Erlebnis mit der malzigen Getreidearomatik bleibt bis zum Schluss. Ein süffiges Pils mit ganz eigenem Charakter.

50 cl. The beer starts mild, a bit grainy. the main part is smooth, not too sweet and not too hoppy. easy to drink. Long aftertaste, malty, a bit sweet, and not really bitter. Good session beer! 12/13/11/11

bottle from bierpost. Clear yellow, mid-sized white head. Grainy malty base, some dusty, slightly grassy hops, especially in the finish.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting , March, 2011. Pours clear pale yellow with a small egg white head. Hay, straw and and a bit of butter. Dry and bitter flavor. Medium bodied.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thick cream colored head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. And the flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw.

Bottle 50cl. w. swing top.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, hay, toasted, sour malt, light hoppy.
