330ml can. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, peaky, white head. Relatively weak, lightly smoky, pale malty aroma, hints of smoked mettwurst, a touch of black pepper and tarragon. Taste is slightly smoky, pale malty, minimally herbal-spicy, grassy hoppy, a minimally citrusy hoppy touch as well, hints of mettwurst, lemon, tarragon, even tarragon flavoured Dijon mustard, mild hop bitterness, subtle pale malty sweetness. Slightly oily, watery texture, soft and minimally greasy palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Mild smokiness, Grätzer allusions - nice.

Tap at Brewdog Brussels. Thin body, med-low carbonation. Very subtle rauch, light basementy yeastiness. Overall very watery, light bitterness, no anything else. Bland, boring.

On tap at Brewdog - Brussels, pours a cloudy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle smoke, wheaty notes, and straw. Flavour is grainy and lightly smoky, with wheaty notes, sweet cereal grains and light smokiness. I would prefer less sweetness and more smokiness. Decent.

Small pour shared with Ryan. Appearance: almost clear blonde with a white head. Aroma: malty, crispy, somewhat dirty. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: not sure why this would be called a smoked beer. Not very bad, otherwise.
