Originally released last year as our Batch #100 - our Adambier makes a return, simply under the name Adambier!
Adambier is an old German style of strong ale, rooted in the tradition of the city of Dortmund. It is a rich, dark and satisfying ale, brewed with a wide range of different malts - both caramelized, roasted and peat-smoked - to create a complex ale with notes of dark fruits, leather, honey and chocolate.

8/10
Dark brown with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma with toffee, grass and a touch of sulphur. Sweet malty flavour with a roasted note, hop bitterness an a touch of alcohol. A few months later it has really improved. Aroma of toffee, vanilla, cappuccino and light smoke. Much smoother flavour. Upgraded to 4.0 rather than 3.55
