In the Barrel Aged Series, FoxTown Beer Crew wants to show how wood ageing can influence the flavour of a beer. Cask2022/14 is a Caol ila whisky hogshead on which our Imperial Coffee Stout aged for 3 months. Expect peaty flavours from the cask that previously held whisky from this Islay distillery in combination with the allready complex Coffee flavours from Huehuetenango.
