sampled in brewpub in downtown Noblesville. Lovely little Saison - easy to drink, zesty lemon. Nice beer

Musty lemon, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate white head. Lightly sweet floral lemon, yeast, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body.
