Australia is well-known for being the home of flora and fauna that exist nowhere else on earth. Among these creatures (both creepy and cuddly), you can also encounter some unique and highly sought-after hop varieties. Only in Oz can you find Galaxy, Ella and Vic Secret hops, which lend striking tropical fruit, citrus and peach flavors to this booming behemoth of an IPA. Originally released to commemorate our 19th Anniversary, this is a recipe that’s garnered constant rumblings requesting its return, as steady and powerful as the sound of a didgeridoo…

Blik gedeeld met Roelzie. Het is een troebel geel bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van hars en hop. De smaak is vol harsig en bitter.

On tap at Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall in Atlantic City. Hazy, amber orange color. Brief beige head. Toasted malt aroma hints at dried stone fruits. Flavor is more of the same. Bittersweet fruit, resiny pine, chewy malt. A bit of caramel as well. Sticky mouthfeel. Lots of hop bitterness.

Can from Pivný raj. Pours gold with off-white head. Medium to high bitterness. Hoppy. Indeed maybe way too much. But good.

Canned 355ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Almost seven months after canning date. Unclear orange/golden coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, bit stale herbal grassy nose. Harsh and heavy bitter taste with light grassy notes in the finish. Bitterness is dominant everything else is side by.
