We went full on Pineapple Upside Down Cake for this Slang Du Jour Sour a la Mode and stuffed in a ton of pineapple, cherry, brown sugar, granola, cinnamon, lactose, and vanilla beans for another one of those flavors that probably shouldn’t taste so much like the real thing but it totally does.

Can at home. Murky reddish with pink head. Mostly cherry and cinnamon, some pineapple in finish. Super pastry. Tastes suprisingly good.

Pint can from Corks & Caps, 12/24/20. Murky, muddy dark pink, large foamy white head. Some particles settled on the top of the head. Kinda looks nice. Attractive head atop a gross looking beer. So I guess that's a 3 for appearance? Hmm... Aroma of pineapple, granola, vanilla, honey. Taste is honey, graham crackers, vanilla, pineapple, brown sugar. Full bodied, thick, mild tartness. I hate the style, but when its good, its good.
