Refrigerated pint can poured into a glass. Purple with small white head. Aroma is pineapple, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is pineapple, tart cherry, and graham cracker. Was not expecting so much cherry.

Opaque reddish purple color with a sweet cinnamon and vanilla aroma. Wild combination of flavors - sweet and tart pineapple, vanilla, cake batter. Grainy mouthfeel. Cake aftertaste. Dessert in a glass.

Taster at Brown Beard. Looks like pink grapefruit juice. Aroma is vanilla, then pineapple. Taste continues with the vanilla and pineapple, a touch of cinnamon. Sweet, fruity, cake

On tap at Brown Beard Brewing pours out hazy pink color topped with a pinkish head. Nose is big sweet pineapple some berries and gramcracker. Taste is more of the nice sweet pineapple berries gramcracker and a touch of tartness.

Pink purple pour. Even spotted lace. Sweet maraschino cherry flavor with other fruits. Easy drinking and delicious. It's a great dessert.

Aromas are slightly more cherry than pineapple with a hint floral. Flavors are similar to nose, with good balance between tart and sweet. Some puree for a thicker body. Good carbonation and finish follows flavors. I've had pineapple upside down cake now and then over the years but it's never been reddish purple like this beer is.

Can sample at a Yana's tasting at Max's place. Cloudy red. Pineapple, more fruits, sweet and sourish.
