Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5
Carnivale Brettanomyces 2023. Pours a hazy, pale yellow colour. No head to speak of. Aroma's: sourish, light sulphur. Retronasal: sourish, sake. Flavour is light sour, sake-like. Light bodied. Finishes slightly dry, but not bitter. Interesting.
