0,75l bottle bought in Strasbourg and shared at Carnivale Brett, Amsterdam. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells grapes, spices, tannins, vinous, grassy. full body, bubbly carbonation. tastes vinous, grapes, bit funky, oak, grassy, herbal. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grapes, funky and peppery notes. Good stuff, good complexity.
