Draught@Alvar, Turku. Orangeish golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, nectary, oaty and some mild alcohol sweetness to it. Flavour is tropical fruits, pineapple, some mild toffee, lactose and a bit oaty and alcohol tones to it.

YG 160923. Deep golden-orange color with an off-white head. Aroma is citrus, alcohol, malt, pine, grapefruit. Flavor is citrus, alcohol, malt, pine, grapefruit, bread, oranges, tropical fruits, spices. Bitter finish. Nice beer.

Bottle. It's a lightly hazy deep golden colored brew with a dense beige head leaving lovely lacing. The aroma has a good bready, lightly caramelly maltyness, some alcohol, and a piney, grassy hoppyness. Some tropical notes, and I can understand the mint reference from the label text. It's full-bodied, lightly warming and with a pleasant carbonation and bitterness level. The flavor follows up what the aroma started, though with a bit more malty sweetness than expected. Pleasant malty flavor too, and the hops give some pine cones, honeydew melon notes, grass and tropical fruityness. A bit more generic herbal than the minty aroma, perhaps mostly mint and rosemary. A bit more citrus-zesty in the finish. A quite nice one, sort of classic, with a twist, but I'd prefer to skip the twist that is probably caused by the Zappa hops. 210915
