Raspberry Imperial Gose. Trafaret (aka Stencil) is an old, proven and fastest way to deliver your message to the citizens of the urban jungle. What life is prepared for that piece of art, no one knows. Whether it will be painted over, or cut out with a piece of wall to be sold at auction. We made our stencil the same way - simple and elegant, salty and sour, refreshing and fruity, aesthetic and functional.

On tap at Fakin Craft bar, Zagreb. Zagovir tap takeover. Murky pinkish red, small off-white head. Fruity aroma, red fruit, berry, yoghurty lactic sourness. Light spices. Juicy, fruity, gentle sourness, fruit candy, citrusy sourness. Soft texture, moderate carbonation, light but lasting dry finish. Quite salty, finally!

Tap at Fakin. Murky reddish body. Off white head. Heavy aroma, raspberry yoghurt, sweetish yet sour. Silky smooth raspberry yoghurt with an added tart kick, smooth sweetish with just a hint of salt. Nice prickly carbonation, light. Excellent, classy strong gose!

Draft. An unclear red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of berries, hops, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of berries, hops, straw, and fruit, leading to a bitter finish.

Pours reddish amber, small white head. Smell is intense, dry, almost 'salty ( evn though that's not a scent). Milder red fruit. Taste is sharp, intensely salty, bit fruity ( mild soapy) very salty background. Not totally in balance yet not bad.
