Raspberry Imperial Gose. Trafaret (aka Stencil) is an old, proven and fastest way to deliver your message to the citizens of the urban jungle. What life is prepared for that piece of art, no one knows. Whether it will be painted over, or cut out with a piece of wall to be sold at auction. We made our stencil the same way - simple and elegant, salty and sour, refreshing and fruity, aesthetic and functional.

Borefts X. I'm ten for ten! Day 2. Keg. Hazy reddish pink beer, small pale pink head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Mildly tart red berry fruits, little floral red berries. Light semi dry finish. Nice enough but not very Gose for me.

Draft at Borefts 2018. Aroma of yoghurt, raspberry and wheat. Flavor of thick yoghurt, raspberry, wheat, tart, salt and oak. Weird yoghurt gose, but very nice.

Cloudy pink colour with soapy head. Aroma and flavour have fresh, sharp floral raspberries. Tart and fruity with great body.

Borefts 2018. Day 1. Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft. Bright pink fruit, low pink head. Nose is similar overly yoghurt profile as their other sour, sweetish yeast & fruit. Taste is like lemonade mixed with lots of raspberry yoghurt,… Body is all yoghurt, weird but largely good.

7 3 8 3 16Draft at Borefts Beer Festival ‘18. Fairly hazy pink with a pink head. Aroma of mineral, tart red berries and light yoghurt. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and sour. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.

Pretty cloudy deep purple red beer, creamy big pink head, little stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity, acidic, raspberry, bit bitter. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty fruity, acidic, butter, lots and lots of raspberry, nice one, despite the touch of diacetyl going on...

On tap at Protokoll, Berlin on 7th September 2018. Rated as a novelty ale. Strongly reddened copper with virtually no head or lace. Intense sour fruity berries aroma- lemon and raspberry. Rich and intense citrus and raspberry in-mouth, lasting through the finish. Zingy mouthfeel and a light body. As a non-drinker of gose this is an eye opener and a very pleasant surprise.
