German-Style Pilsner
A style we greatly admire, the German Pils is a masterclass in balance. Utilizing a mix of Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saphir for that quintessential noble hop bent, Jakobus is supported by a cracker-like malt character. Light bitterness, lemon, and floral notes finish with a crisp, clean mouthfeel.

Pours clear light gold into a stein. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving soapy lacing. Cracker, hay and sourdough aromas. Medium bodied with lemon joy and sourdough front to back turning to straw and bitter earth in the dry, lasting finish.
