A paradox of warmth and chill, her icy grace a thing of skill.
We really love this style so we decided to make another beer in Cold IPA series.
This time we used more rice in the mix to lighten the color and body even more and we did DDH with generous amounts of Citra, Ekuanot and Strata for a nice mix of citrusy, tropical and a bit piney feel. There is also a nice lingering bitterness that invites for another sip.

On tap at Craft & Draft, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out oily piney hops, some resins, and biscuity malt to back. Flavour is unpleasant, with souring fruits, traces of diacetyl, and pith stone fruits. Clumsy, tart and some slight off-notes.
