Unbelievably the best in my variety pack. Better tasting than the Titan IPA. Yeasty bread aroma. Does have a slightly different charactar than your typical pale ale. Very lively, no matter how carefully I poured, got a glass full of head. Just a little darker than your typical pale yellow american beer but not a dark beer. Was not clear and had little dark particles in there. As a secondary note: I was a bit dissapointed in my great divide variety pack, I couldn’t tell what I was buying and I was hoping at least for one dark style great divide, but not. However, If i’m to give a pale yellow beer a rating above 2, it’s good!

Pours clear amber with a brown tint. Medium tan head with decent retention, and patchy lacing. Sweet malt and caramel aroma. Medium-bodied and malty with a light hops bite underneath. Some yeast is present too. The finish is mostly sweet with a light nutty and hoppy finish. Decent, but not worth going out of my way for.

Bottled at The Rover, Gothenburg. It pours clear, dark golden, with a small off-white head. The nose is sweet and hoppy, with some notes of beefstock. The flavor is much the same, but weaker. Fullbodied beer that is a bit one-dimentional. It is good, but a bit boring. (060824)

Bottled. A bit hazy pale amber-brown color, small head. Bready, horse saddle aroma. Malty, bready, some kandi sugar. Cross over of amber ale and APA. Quite plain beer from Great Divide.

[Bottled at Old Eskil Ölkultur, Eskilstuna] Brownish amber, small creamy head. Toffeeish nose. Sweetish and caramelly with clean, rounded mouthfeel and notes of milk chocolate. Low bitterness. A pretty solid little beer, well worth drinking on its own.

Initially poured out crystal clear copper color until some sediment hit the glass. It is now a murky orange-copper color with nice off white head. Light malt and metallic aroma. Flavor is light and a bit watery. Taste is caramel and grainy malt.

Beautiful copper color; huge head. Aroma of malt and some hop. In the flavor, some malt (dry), caramel (soft) and correct bitterness. Average.
