A limited edition rum and oak chip beer that weighs in at 7.4% abv. Built on a foundation of 5 specialty malts and featuring just one hop variety, it’s rich, boozy, and brings a little Caribbean flair to our craft.
The nose is a combination of rich espresso and vanilla. It’s a full-bodied expression of the style with prominent notes of dark rum, ripe forest berries, and indulgent chocolate brownies.

Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy very caramellic aroma. Light sweet and bitter flavor. SOme chocolate notes. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Can 44cl. from a local Jumbo supermarket @home poured into an English pint glass. Strong vanilla toffee nose. Pitch black, tall creamy tan head, good retention and lacing. Aroma sweet dark malt, toffee, vanilla, butterscotch, some alcohol, Taste medium sweet and slightly bitter, malty, some roast, toffee, vanilla, some chocolate, distinctive rum flavour. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweet aftertaste, rum notes, more chocolate, lingering vanilla, very nice.

Blik gekregen van Roelzie. Het is een diep donkerbruin bier met een volle bruine schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van chocolade en rum. De smaak is rum achtig en waterig met tonen van chocolade en vanille.

440ml can. Poured almost black in colour with a short-lived, frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, caramel, rum and oak. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, roasty, liqourice, dark chocolate palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.
