Ofrälse Pilzen is our homage to Swedish ingredients. This pilsner in Czech style is produced with malt grown on Linds Gård in Sörmland and malted at Warbro Kvarn, as well as hops from Korngården in Skåne.

Ljust bärnstensfärgad och disig. Stadigt skum. Doft av citrus, gräs och papp. Lite tunn och vass i munnen. Torr smak av citrus, gräs och jäst.

Gyllengul med mörkare anstrykning. Vitt finbubbligt skum. Aromer av ljust bröd, deg pch gräs. Markerad men låg maltighet. En lite tvålig beska avslutar det hela.

Burk från Systembolaget. Bärnstensfärgad med ett stort skum. Doft malt och örter. Lite bränd smak, anis, knäckebröd och örter.

Can 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a solid, off-white head. Classic malty nose with floral hops. Medium body, slightly sweet malts, good aroma hops and a wee metallic touch. Sufficient bitterness. 150823

Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour,big white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is grainy, some herbal, mild earthy and some bready tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, some herbal and mild earthy tones.

Can dark golden colour with medium white head.Aroma of hops and malt mild cookie and grass to nice by style beer.
