Bottle. Cacao and cinnamon aroma and flavor with a bit of roasted malt. Just a bit of apple. Thinnish and a bit alcoholic. Long finish with laurel.

Bottled (backlog). Reddish brown colour, mediumsized off-white foamy head. Aroma is smoked wet wood, syrup, some roasted notes as well as mild toffee. Flavour is smoked wet wood, a bit tart notes, some ashes, toasted malts and mild ripe fruits as well. Strange, but quite enjoyable.

PINT bokbierfestival 2004: Redbrown color, short head. Aroma is slightly sour, bit yeasty and a little bit smoked. Nicely balanced smoke is more in the taste with some sweetness and bitterness. Light malty taste. Bit thin maybe, but overall quite good.
