Oyster Gose is brewed and dedicated in memory to our dear, late friend Björn. It was first brewed as a low ABV beer (3,5%). It is a kettle sour and 12,5 kg of crushed oyster shells were steeped in hot wort for several hours before the wort was added to the fermentation tank of 500L. CONTAINS SHELLFISH (oysters).
