Cremiger, malzig würziger Beginn. Spritzig, wenig Tiefgang, geringfügig bitter, kurzer Nachhall. Etwas enttäuschend. 10/7/8/8//8

Sweet, soft mouthfeel, easy drinking. Hint of smoke. Very accessible beer. Nice enough, nothing great.

Keg at the GBBF 2018 day 1 07/08/2018. A clear reddy brown coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Aroma is sweet and tangy, brown sugars, maple, burnt cakey bits. Flavour is composed of of medium sweet brown sugars, apple, cakey. Palate is medium sweet, highish carbonation. Decent.

Keg at GBBF '18, day 1, 07/08/18. Light black with a beige head. Nose is tangy dark fruit rinds, toffee, charr, fruit cake. Taste comprises dark malts, aniseed, stewed fruits, dates, toffee, light spice. Medium plus body, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent enough porter but lacking depth for the ABV.

Keg at GBBF. It pours hazy deep. Brown with a small tan head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, cookie dough, fruit cake, cocoa and leather. The taste is bitter - sweet, earthy, roasted brown bread, spice, cookie dough, tannin, leather, caramel, toffee and some alcohol warmth. Medium - fine carbonation. Decent stuff, but perhaps a bit sweet.

GBBF Day 1. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft dark malts, little creamy sweetness. Tangy dark fruits. Soft finish. Simple and sweet.

On tap at Pivovarsk� Klub, pours black with a small beige head. Nose brings out toasted malt, a touch of vanilla and light cocoa. Flavour is along the same lines, with toasted malt, a little cocoa and light vanilla. Medium-bodied and well-constructed. Decent.

Tap at Festival minipivovaru na Prazskem hrade. Light warming alcohol. Otherwise fully malty, with restrained coffee, rather softer roasted malt flavours - cocoa, chocolate, etc. Perceivably strong, but easy drinking. Very very light sourness thinning out the otherwise full body. Rather sweet, very good.

Dessert beer at Pivovarsky Klub. Dark maroon brown color, massive, huge, almost ginormous brown head with good retention. Nice aroma of burnt licorice dipped in espresso. Taste has dark fruit, burnt espresso. Delicious.
