Draft at Faisan. Pours a clear copper with orange highlights and a finger of white foam that dissipates. Nice notes of clove, pepper, citrus and toasted caramel. Palate is similar with a drying finish.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is very Belgian yeast forward with light fruits and grass supporting. Flavor is full of Belgian yeast as well with sweet grains and light grass backing.
