When the loveable "hopheads" at Humpy’s Great Alaskan Alehouse requested a winter version of alehouse favorite Sockeye Red IPA, our brewers instinctively spawned CoHoHo Imperial IPA.
CoHoHo begins with generous measures of pale two-row and specialty malts along with spirit-boosters like brown sugar and honey. Hefty doses of Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe hops beautifully balance that outrageous malt bill while juniper berries heighten the festive character of this exuberant beer.

Amber color, firm head. Hoppy blackcurrant aroma and flavor. Has some fruity sweetness. Grapes. Somewhat alcoholic, but that is still pretty well hidden. Dry out effect in the mouth. Solid beer with a good taste.

Flarra.

Bottled. Deep amber colour, mediumized slightly off-white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, caramelly with some floral, nectary and mild ripe fruity notes. Flavour is big time hops, caramel, toffee and a quite big bitterness o it. Still nicely balanced and very refreshing to drink.
