If you enjoy a heavy and dark beer you will like Supermoon. Supermoon is an intense Imperial Stout that kicks in at 11.1%. This one was brewed with patho hops and have all the characters you will find in a proper stout. It has a bit of malty sweetness, bitterness from the hops, and it hints both licorice and coffee.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, chocolate, mild alcohol with some herbal tones. Flavour is chocolate, some leathery tones with mild yeast and some toasted elements as well as some mild floral tones to it.

Can, 11.1%. Almost black with small light brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, liquorice and a little coffee. Flaovour is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, caramel, sweet, warming, liquorice , hop and medium bitter.

Can from Steengaard, Beder. Black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee and licorice. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with a little warming alcohol. Oily. 011223

chocolate and coconut heavy roasted malty imp stout aroma. a lot like a pastry stout. finder quad like notes. Flavor is roasted malts, charred wood, balancing woody and hard roasted malty, charred woody bitterness. Overall impression is a very roasted , charred woody imp stout of the oldfashioned kind. the coconut and chocolate is gone in the flavor, it's just a lot of roasted malts and charred wood. I like it a lot.
