Lagers can sometimes be uninspiring. On the flip side, they can be a magnificent tour de force that makes you stop and ponder how shockingly unique beer can be.
Flipside Pilsner with Phantasm and Galaxy Hops features the Omega thiolized yeast strain Lunar Crush. With a single high krausen dry hop and mash hopping in combination with Phantasm, it coaxes way more tropical hop notes out of the Galaxy hops than you'd think possible.
Confused? All you need to know is that it tastes and smells real good. We're talking intense ripe mango and guava notes, with a little citrus and a light pilsner malt character. Normal this is not.
Intrigued? See you on the Flipside.

super tropical fruity, bitterness, turbid and wonderful and bitter. Fun as hell. Love this. A touch astringent, but I could drink pint after pint

473ml can. Pours a clear pale gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick patches of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of pale malt, grapefruit, guava, peach, mango and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, orange, passionfruit, lime, mango and light piney hops in a crisp, dry, bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Very unique and interesting. Hoppy and crushable.
