If you were a Dutch Trappist monk finishing a day of hard work and silent reflection, you’d probably drink a Patersbier to whet your holy whistle while you reflected on a day well lived.
We’re assuming you’re none of these things, but that doesn’t mean you can’t quench your thirst in an enlightened way with this homage to a Trappist “singel” beer.
Easy Living isn’t complicated - it’s simple ingredients, treated well. Our take on the Patersbier style is light and dry, with gentle malt sweetness and a heavenly blend of old and new world hops that play perfectly with a Belgian yeast strain that imbues orange and pear esters with some lovely dry pepper phenolics.
It’s brewed entirely as a thirst-quenching tipple, so run – don’t walk – and get that thirst worked up to fully appreciate it.

473ml can. Pours a hazy blonde with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Aroma of crackery pale malt, pear, Belgian yeast, orange peel and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of crackery pale malt, lemon, orange peel, pear, Belgian yeast, black pepper and floral hops in a crisp, dry, bitter finish. Light body with an oily to watery texture and average to soft carbonation. Well balanced and thirst quenching.
