The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Zippy, huge head. Starts mild, hoppy, modest dry. Becomes more and more dusty-dry, metallically, finish is a bit moldy, not really fresh. I didn’t like it!

Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of straw, while the flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a white head. Mild fruity and crisp bitterhops aroma. Flavour is mild sweet and light citrus fruity at first. Goes into a classic dry bitterhops and almost grassy flavour. Finish is crisp and bitter, light and refreshing.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and quite dense foamy white head. Herbal hops aroma with grassy notes, a touch of sour dough and a moderate grainy sweetness. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation and a slightly chalky mouthfeel. Malty, slightly flat taste with herbal notes; moderately dry and bitter hoppy finish with a light plastic effect. Unspectacular, industrial Pils.

Hopfig-herber Antrunk, ab dem Mittelteil bitter. Dabei etwas grasig und minimal muffig. Im Nachgeschmack noch bitterer, dies wirkt etwas unharmonisch. Test vom 24.8.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,7,6,6,9,7 - 6,90

Bottle. (from Trade with MiP) Clear, pale gody with a small, white head. Malty, slightly grainy nose with a little citrusy hoppiness. The flavor has a strange, artificial-like citrus-note as well as pale malt and a delicate bitterness. Medium to thin body, and a nice bitterness and fruityness to finish it. Quite nice pilsener from former DDR. (070712)
