hazy white golden color. Beautiful yuzu candy nose with low medium apple tannins. Beautiful yuzu skins, yuzu and cider. Medium dryness. Medium light tannins. Super drinkable, super well balanced. I love this . Not a masterpiece but so nice ti drink
