Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a tiny, white head. Very distinct sour aroma of particularly acetic acid and Brett. Medium body, lowish carbonation, tart, fruity and woody with more of the above. Quite a sophisticated Sour blend. 250724

Flaska från SB. Ljusguldig med fizzig vit krona som försvinner snabbt. Djupare och något vass syra, väldigt mycket fat, citrus, grapefrukt. Blommigt, klorofyll, lite beska/bitterhet som från en maskrosstam. Lite tuffare.
