Our Collaboration with the mighty Brussels Beer Project. Together with David & Mathias, we brewed a big & bold DDH Hazy DIPA to celebrate a 5 year partnership! For this brew we used 5 different malts & 6 hops to create a full bodied, creamy mouthfeel with aromas of flowers, coconut & tropical fruits. Embrace the urban tropics!

Draught Fluffy, big head over muddy mossy orange beer. Very intense oranges' nose, ever so faintly liqueurish, citrusleaves. Bitterish as orangepeel, again faintly liqueurish - yielding an alcoholic impression. Fruity notes - specifically orange - keep dominating. Ureum, asafoetida, if all in minimal quantities, almonds. There is a certain amount of hopburn. Serious hopoil viscosity, sharpish MF, adequate carbonation. One for those, not afraid of some hopburn. I like it...
