We decided to push the envelope on our original blend to see how far it could go. Turns out, pretty far. Keep your head on a swivel, she bites.

Aromas are apples and yeast. Flavors are similar to nose, on the sweet side but with another carbonation and a bit of bitter to balance. Lots of apples. Not bad.

Draft at Cheeky Monkey. Poured a really hazy bright yellow-orange color with a small head. Aroma was solid, fresh apple cider. This was thick but not heavy. There's a lot of apple juice in here. The alcohol is really well hidden. I really thought this one was well made.

12oz can pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is sweet apples brown sugar or honey. Taste is more of the nice sweet apples honey and a smooth end.
