Bottled (festival trade). Yellowish golden colour, minor head. Aroma is green apples, some floral and mild grape tones, a bit like farmhouse cider meets white wine. Flavour is mild brett, some grapes, green apples and mild tart wooden tones.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Lightly hazy pale golden, small head. Tart woody nose with some funky green apples. Tart and slender with crisp mouthfeel. Tart funky cidery fruityness and oak. Low bitterness. Refreshing and tasty.

ABV: 6.2%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, tart - sour, baking yeast, dough, barrel, apple - light cider like. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, farmhouse, baking yeast, dough, barrel dry, apple - grapes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230121]

A bit cloudy golden colour, tiny white head. Farmhouse cidery apple nose. Light-bodied. Farmhouse-like, some apple, very watery. Oddly cider-like.
