My bottle is brewed by Tucher. Looks good in the glass, fine foam. Starts very mild, almost vapid. Very drinkable, but could be a little bit drier. An average dunkel!

Bottled. A brown beer with a huge tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of straw as well as light notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of metal, malt, and caramel. The body is thin.

500ml bottle at St Albans BF 2007. 5.4% Mahogany colour with lasting beige head. Clean drinkable dunkel with a bit of lager puky malt. Nothing special, some choc/coffee. But a little boring. Slight sting on end.2.9/5. Bottle from a colleague. Yes quite chocolatey. No puke. It’s very drinkable. Good chocolate dunkel.

Bottle, 5.4% as Kloster Scheyern Kloster Export Dunkel. Weak, roasted dark malt aroma. Nice, clear, dark chestnut colour. Unstable light brown head. The flavour is mildly roasted with a little sweetness to balance. Soft carbonation. Very nice flavour, subtle, but still flavourful.

Mild malziger und cremiger Antrunk. Im Mittelteil milder, fast wässrig. Mild ist das Bier auch im Nachgeschmack, nur leicht malzig-herb. Ein viel zu lasches Bier. Test vom 14.6.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,7,7,7,11,6 - 7,10

Bottle, thanks to MoritzF! Nice colour, medium-sized head. Malty and slightly sweet, a bit watery, flavours reminiscent of coffee and bitter chocolate. Malty finish.

Moderately sweet, toast-malty aroma with caramel and cacao/chocolate. Medium-sweet, light bitter flavour, medium carbonation.
