30/10/2024. Draft at Craft Roo, Seoul. Pours hazy golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, banana, wheaty, clove, citrus. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Standard weizen.

On tap at Craft Roo, pours a cloudy bright golden with a medium white head. Aroma is full of clove and banana upfront, with light citrus and soft wheatiness. Flavour is full of citrus and clove, with minimal esters and banana character. Wheaty, citrusy finish with plenty of clove. Quite solid for the style.

--Keg at Craft Roo, Seoul. -- Hazy golden, mid sized creamy head. Aroma of citrus zest and banana. Mid dry with light body and rounded mouthfeel. White bread and banana, some bubblegum. Low bitterness. Refreshing and harmonious.
