On tap at Hop Stuff Taproom Ashford. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Lemon toast aroma. Not a bad stab at a kolsch. Still more of a Helles for me. Light malt. Light carbonation light lemon on finish. Thicker in out due to the ale yeast I guess. Decent.

Can at home. It poured well and looked quite pretty in the glass. There was a good nose that mainly seemed to be built around the yeast and all the better for it too. The taste was typical of the style, with plenty of malt, yeast and some hops. It tasted exactly as it should for the style and was a solid beer.

Can 330ml (Boxbeers)
Clear deep golden colour, big cloudy white head and lace. Aroma is grassy, herbal, even a bit of candyish underlying notes. Light-bodied. Flavour is very similar to aroma: grassy, herbal with fruity sweetness. This is not modern tweak Kölsch but the imitation of traditional ones. Perharps a bit more fruitier. Ok.
