Sampled from can at Craft Beer Festival Düsseldorf 2017. Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, fruity-grassy aroma of lemon peel, fresh grass and hints of grains. Sweetish, slightly bitter, moderately grassy-spicy and a little fruity taste of straw, grains and some citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter, grassy-spicy and slightly dry finish. Can split at Tilt, thanks to Rich, 04/02/17. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is fresh bread, grains, pale malts, light cereal notes, clean and fresh, a touch of florals. Taste comprises pale malts, bready notes, straw, light vanilla, citric zest, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Clean and fresh, a little overly citric and hoppy for a Kolsch but a nice lager stylee to crush in the summer months.
