clear light orange, fluffy offwhite head. sweet caramelly aroma, milk chocolate, faint nuts, faint yellow fruits. complex and nice aroma. flavor is sweet malty, sweet chocolate, faint yellow fruits, faint well blended spices, alc is hidden but do add a little spicy bitterness. nice flavor. The beer is easy to drink, sort of mild yet powerfull, and flavorfull.

75cl bottle: Cloudy golden with a small white head. Fruity, citric & metallic aroma. Taste is fruity, smooth & citric. Warmth from alcohol. Another mediocre beer from La Choulette!

Bottle 75cl @ Cnudde Tasting.. Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, dry straw, dust - basement / cellar dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (290308)

75 cl bottle@fonefan/Brugmansia’s Cnudde tasting. Pours almost clear and golden yellow with a lacing white head. Peas and light vegetable aroma. Flavour is mild yeasty and malty with a light vegetable note. Ends with a light vegetable note.
