(bottle) Cloudy, chestnut-brown colour with a tall and slightly beige foamy head. Yeasty and slightly soapy wheat-malty nose with notes of red berries and a lactic touch. Mildly sweet and slightly sour flavour, light bodied with a lively, almost sharp carbonation. Slim wheaty taste with fruity notes and a tinge of phenolic spice; slightly sourish and bitter-tart finish. Unconvincing. 24.XII.11

500ml bottle. Amber coloured, humble hazyness for a hefeweizen, thick white head. Peach aroma, soft light body, low carbonation. As indicated by the colour it lacks yeast aromas almost completely. Mainstream compatible.

Bottle, 5.0%. Mild banana aroma. Cloudy brown colour. Good stable tan head. The flavour is sweetish, but at a good level. Subtle yeast flavour. Actually very round finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and a lively off-white head. Subdued bananaish nose. Medium body, dry citrusy and yeasty. No banana sweetness. Ends dry and overcarbonated. Rather poor really. 130810

Bottle, thx to Papsoe. A quite clear one, amber in color, and with a dense, creamy, off-white head on top. Some lacings too. The aroma has some slighlty cellary notes, but toffee and banana dominates. Rather weak actually. The flavor has caramel and banana, some cloves too. A little bitterness in the end. Medium body, a bit low on carbonation. A decent one, but far from the best. 100813
